Brats -

I made up some home-made mustard, and then grabbed some brats.

These brats are a little larger than the johnsonvilles, I think..... the package of 4 weighed 1.4 # so I guess they're a little more than 1-third pounders.

Here's one with almost half a bowl of chili on it! (8 quarts of Chili made with 1# of Chorizo & 1.25# spicy Italian sausage, & jalapenos for the peppers) also a little pepper jack cheese

Smothered!

Here's with some home-made habanero brown mustard, sauerkraut, & hab sauce

That is some hot stuff Clint, but very interesting. I like the idea of chili and cheese on the brats. Awesome plate of food.
