There's a shock.... A great looking meal by Jim.... Keep it up, your post's is how I plan my next weeks meal...

Jim that is 250 acres of sweet corn for Ho ho ho, Green Giant.... Guess what will be in alot of my cooks in a couple of months ;)
 
Awesome looking brats. I wish I had a place that made fresh brats here. The best I can get is Johnsonville brats.
 
If I want brats like that, I'll have to make them myself. They are not for sale.

As usual, a great cook, Mr. Lampe. Why did you not cook them in beer first? I thought that was mandatory?

I think not. folks do, I sometimes do. 90% I cook as above, quicker, cleaner...
i'd send ya some Sir Geir, but, holyBalls, they'd be bad by the time they'd arrive.

Pack them in dry ice and they will be good for several days.
