Brats and stuffing and Sunday Night Football

I saw John Solak beer brats and decided to make my own with an interesting side. Here we go...

Watching Sunday night football

Onions on the cast iron with butter

Then added the brats with some rolling rock beer. Simmer for about 15 min.

Then I seared the brats and heated my wife's stuffing muffins from thanksgiving.

Here it is plated with my adult beverage. Thanks for looking everyone.
