Brats and Ebelskivers by the sea

Looks great, Case! Now I'm wishing I didn't pass on that Weber Gourmet Ebelskiver attachement! They are probably a fortune on ebay now.

I think I will be watching for a pan again, then I will simply need to figure out the proper method of use!

This camp chef pan, is $16 on Amazon. I’d highly recommend it. I’m still working on getting the temp right. Pan and butter are your friends when making these!

Patience is also needed. Wait more then you think before trying to flip. I’ve found that a single chop stick works best.

Thanks Case! If the replacement shoulder surgery goes well for my wife, I might treat myself to one for my birthday or, Christmas. I’m not in a rush. I have too much idle equipment around here or at least I think it sits too long between uses but, when I WANT THAT “tool” (kitchen, grill, yard, whatever) I am mighty happy to have NOT have dispatched it.
