Happy 4th everyone!!!!!
I have had an 18" wsm for a few years now, and last year the wife decided to host thanksgiving. Well I did a smoked turkey and a rotisserie turkey on my 22" kettle. Well, needless to say, the smoked turkey took the cake. So, we then decided it was time to upgrade to a 22" wsm.
Well, it was about time to get my new toy, and I happened to look on offerup, which is just like Craigslist, and saw a brand new 22" wsm for $225.00! I couldn't believe my eyes!! So, after messaging the guy, I got in my truck and headed over to see this beauty. Turns out, this guy was a garbage man, and someone decided to throw away a brand new wsm, can you believe it!?!?!?
So I offer the guy $200 cash, and he takes it without question. Must have been my lucky day!!!!! Just wanted to share my score with you all!!!!
By the way, I did a brisket flat and rack of baby backs on there today, and they came out great!!!
