Bourbon and smoke'n a fatty in Iowa

Finally got the mini all rigged up and seasoned, so looked up something different to do and decided on smoking a fatty. I used Malcom Reeds recipe from How to BBQ Right and to say the least there wasn't any time for pictures of the end result before it's gone.


Even got my ice sphere molds in just in time to enjoy some bourbon while I watched the smoke roll
