Boneless Rib Roast at Camp

The boys and I had the wives out to camp for the first time in 6 years this past weekend so we cooked up a nice 10lb rib roast on the Weber.
Here it is brushed with EVOO, rosemary and garlic.

Thanks for all the kind words, folks. Not sure what it is, but food always tastes better to me out at camp. Maybe its the fresh air or the exercise. Or the bourbon. I guess it could be any combination of the three. ;)

That beats a can of beans in a campfire anyday. I'm almost glad you don't have a plated pic, I'm not sure I could handle it.
