What should the internal temp for cooking a pork loin when "done"? Low and Slow or HH grilled or Q'd? Have OTG and 18" Smokey Mountain
I usually take mine off at 150, and it's always juice and tender. I cook it on the Performer indirect at 350, and about 130 I put it in a huge foil pan of sauerkraut till done.What should the internal temp for cooking a pork loin when "done"?
