Boneless pork chops on the smoky joe

Trying to hone my charcoal cookin skills a little. I bought the smoky joe years ago and I've hardly ever used it. Thought I'd fire it up tonight for some boneless pork chops since my boys were both coming over for dinner. I gashed the chops a bit and gave 3of them a quick marinade in some Lawrie's Hawaiian which turned out to be pretty tasty. The other 4 I dusted with my usual dry rub , which I'm quite fond of....

I baked some potatoes on the charcoal and cooked the chops after....the smoky joe perked along at 300 to 350 for a good 4 hours on one small chimney of charcoal....plenty of time to do a whole chicken. I think I'm gonna like this cooker for everyday meals.
