I just tried the shredded bbq beef on the homepage today.
Couldn't follow the recipe but used the cooking method with the Performer, using lump and pecan for smokewood.
I've got the beef resting in the kitchen right now while the juices are separating. I'm absolutely blown away by how good it smells in here right now !
May have just found the recipe I've been looking for. My roast had a couple steaks cut off it, so was maybe 5 pounds. If this turns out the way I think, I'll definitely get a couple more and do them on the WSM. Gotta get the freezer stocked up for winter.
