I was asked to put this in the Photo Library.

One of our favorite quick grills Some boneless chicken breasts along with some honey glazed brussels sprouts. Forget to get a pic finished but this was great by the wife and I.

Nice looking meal Ray. Kim wants to know how to cook the Brussell Sprouts.

So here in Fort Wort Texas Tim Love has a restaurant called the Woodshed and their signature appetizer dish is Brussels Sprouts. I could place several of the flavors so I started playing around and settled in on this. Pull off the outer leaves and cut back the stem then cut into halves. I use some Canola oil in the skillet enough to lightly cover the cooking surface and place the cut side down and brown then turn. Salt and pepper during the browning. It takes about 20 minutes to get them brown on both sides, I go more about the looks not time I mix on the side about 2 tablespoons of water and 2 of honey and 1 of soy sauce. Mince up 2 large cloves of garlic and add to that liquid and when you get them all browned up add this sauce and I cook for maybe 10 minutes more. I have been adding Weber's Chicago Steak Seasoning before serving because the wife and I really like it. I hope you give it a try.

Ray that's on our list. Thank you so much for the info. Might not be able to get it done on the 4th weekend but shortly after it will be in a post. It sounds delicious. Thanks again!

Ray, those sprouts were fantastic I did them for dinner last night with our steak. That recipe isn't going any where I'm going to be using it a lot. Thanks for sharing.

I love brussels sprouts, but I usually only make them for Christmas (oven-roasted with garlic, shallots, bacon and balsamic). This recipe sounds pretty good, though. I'll have to give it a try.
