Boneless Beef Short Rib. One of my favs to grind.

Grinding.

Little ove 9oz. Always remember, never over work the meat.

Into the ring mold.

Perfect patty. Im guessing this grind is like 70/30.

Cooked on my Smokey Joe to a perfect med-rare (Sorry, no money shot this time ), but it was delish!

I am a ground chuck fan. I wait till the local store has it for sale. I grind it coarser than the store does. Have a Lem grinder as I make a lot of sausage as well.

Another great burger! I'm using the kitchenaid attachment as well. I'm thinking up upgrading to a dedicated grinder at some point.

Biggest mistake people make, is overworking the beef, making it tough.
