Finally did this incredible "Weber Recipe of the Week". My wife's step-mother went out of town this weekend so my father-in-law was batchin' it. We invited him over as a Guinea pig. Great recipe!!

Garlic and potatoes ready.

Garlic and potatoes on. We usually "par cook" red potatoes in the microwave for a few minutes before grilling. I thought I'd "par-cook" them in the basket while the garlic was browning.

Beautiful!

Garlic oil off. Steaks ready to go on.

Steaks on, direct. Potatoes finishing up, indirect after being tossed in the garlic oil.

Potatoes off and tossed with the browned garlic & oil, and s& p.

Steaks ready.

Toasting some Ciabatta bread that was drizzled with the garlic oil while the steaks rest.

Plated.

Delicious! That oil will make anything better!!!

Great looking dinner Don. Love that garlic oil. Made an extra half cup or so when I did it the other night. Can't wait to use it again.

Don, your photos are so UNREAL! LOVE THIS ONE! So Nice, EetEmRaw!
This recipe is ridiculously soo fricken easy, yet so daggum good that everyone should do it at least once a month.
...and Don, you made this plate look so SPECTACULAR!

Perfect!

That is a nice meal, isn't it? I decided I needed to triple the garlic next time as I could eat them all day long.

So simple, yet so delicious. Those ribeyes were gorgeous. Thanks for sharing.

Not only that, RD...but that oil is awesome on anything. I'm going to keep this in the pantry at all times!!

Knock it off Don and quit blaming it all on the oil. lol. The Chef had a lot to do with it and boy did you shine this time. Looks great my friend. That was definitely a bragging meal and you deserve to brag. Nice job. Bob

One question, what was done with the garlic after you infused the oil ? </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

I folded them in with the potatoes. In the pic of the potatoes in the bowl, the garlic is under the potatoes (before folding). You could toss them over the steaks or have them as a side dish if you want. They are very mild after cooking...and very, very good!
