BLP Sandwiches

My second favorite cooking vessel after my Webers is the Crock Pot. Since I was pretty busy today I decided to make a 3# pork shoulder for pulled pork in the crock pot.

Tender goodness, all that is missing is the bark.

How do you make anything better, even pulled pork? BACON! These piece all came out of a 5# box of 'Pieces and Ends'.

BLP Bacon, Lettuce and Pork sandwiches. I think I will leave the lettuce off and use cheese next time. BCP. Yeah that's it!

My wife was happy with her Valentine's Day meal.

Looks super tasty! And im a fan of adding leafes to my buns. But you should add something that adds texture,Like
Lollo Rosso or Endive. looks great non the less!
