I made tonight Bistec Encebollado which means beef with onions. Very easy to make....So here we go.

Chopped 3 onions and 4 jalapenos.

Off they go to the cast iron.

Grill the meat to med. rare.

Take the meat off and slice and combine with the onions and let them get happy together for about 10 minutes.

Gene, I didn't use a marinade just seasoned with salt and pepper. The more onions you use the tastier it gets.
