Birthday Lunch

Not my Birthday, it was a coworker. At the beginning of the year, I talked with the company owners about making lunch for the employees and they thought it'd be great. So I've been doing just that. The latest was a request for Salmon with whatever sides I thought appropriate.

Salmon with Minnesota wild rice, green beans, garlic bread, and a cheesecake topped with chocolate ganache and fresh strawberries...
