These are great cookers. I already had a Mini-Joe Gold and found that the capacity is the same (which is to say, that you can easily do two 8-9 lb. Boston Butts, or four half racks of ribs on each level, or several Cornish Game hens, or --- you get the idea. After you get two or three cooks on it, the good gunk will build up and you'll get longer burn time as all of the openings seal.
