Found some time to do a birthday cook w/ friends.
Went to Costco and pick up a package of butts (2 w/ a total weight of 15.5 lbs. @ 24.00 usd).
Start time 7:30 am, finished at 2:45 and temp around 325 avg.
Used Stubb's rub, JD oak barrel chips and Kingsford blue.
All guest filled & cleaned plates 2 to 3 times, so i guest it went well.
