Birthday Brisket

Just got my New 18.5 WSM,aching to break it in soooo I wanted to do smoke two briskets just for my Birthday

. I figured hey I got acouple of smokes under my belt why not try two peices of meat this time!

ALL finished, one i cooked on bottom for 6 hours then moved to the top, It was much juicer and tender, The one that stayed on top was drier but still tender!
