Lol...i also saw that this summer!Wow - That one is a lot bigger than the two older ones I have seen. I believe the two I saw were on two different chassis, built at different times. They were at big car shows on separate occasions so I couldn't compare the drivelines but I recall them both being lighter duty than the picture above. That new one is on a pretty substantial chassis there.
On a different note... I saw the LL "bootmobile" parked on a street in Boston one day. It appeared to be built on a full size pickup chassis.
Ha, that was supposed to be LL *Bean* "bootmobile"... Bean didn't seem make it into my post - but you got what I meant. To me it looked pretty hard to drive the thing. The toe of the boot sticks up a little (like a real boot does) and looks like it would block the driver's vision. The driver is too low. But somehow they got the thing parallel parked on a crowded busy street in downtown Boston (I think it was right near Chinatown). I think I have a picture somewhere...Lol...i also saw that this summer!
I consider myself a pretty good parallel Parker, but that.......Ha, that was supposed to be LL *Bean* "bootmobile"... Bean didn't seem make it into my post - but you got what I meant.
