Have a feeling these are some cold country chops...so good and cut so thick...that good that we went back and bought the whole stock the butcher had! :)

Sure John.....Italian dressing, rosemary, garlic, tumeric & b pepper leave them in their for at least 4-6 hrs - overnight even better turning now and again.

Not particular on measurments whatever looks right at least a tablespoon of tumeric thou, tried this once with lamb just expermenting (Aahh ok messing around!!) and found it realy goes well with lamb..enjoy
