My son got a Weber Smoker for Christmas. and has never used it... Now I have it and really want to get into using this thing... I have the in-laws coming this weekend for Father's Day... He really likes beef roast... I was thinking of smoking a couple chuck roast... any recipes for rubs, cooking tips or advice would really be appreciated...

Welcome! Go to the Advanced Forum and look near the bottom of the page. There is a topic titled "Chuck Roast" which should help a little.
