I slathered a chicken in some of this plus some salt and pepper about an hour before cooking it on a throne at 365* or so. Makes an excellent herbed chicken, very tender and moist and spectacular skin. I cooked about 1.5 hrs. Nice change from the Wishbone and Kraft Italians.

The dressing has a little feta and romano in it but that did not seem to have a negative effect . I was concerned I might get some charring or toasting of the cheeses. Maybe they did and I just like it? Don't know.
