Beef Ribs

Almost never do beef ribs. Can't normally find good ones. Had some short ribs in the freezer and found a rack that didn't look too bad, so ribs it was.



Rubbed with some Pappy's Rib rub.



Ready to sauce.



Something for me.



Done.
