This steak was Yumskidlioshioush, New York-New York

Use the bbq during the week and the smoker on the weekends.

Thanks for all the nice comments, when somebody asks me to cook their steak well done,
i say ok and then give them the Medium rare/Medium cooked steak using Kosher salt and pepper.

Their response is like the old Batman TV show...Kpow ..Wow.Dam.Yum.M-M-MMM.
