Beef Clod

Has anyone ever heard of beef clod meat? And if yes, can it be grilled (like a brisket). It's pretty cheap here (as far as beef goes) @ about $2.23 a lb.

Beef clod is just another term for shoulder or chuck. Makes great shredded beef.

I used to see shoulder clod at Costco sometimes. Also at Smart & Final or Cash & Carry. You can cook it low & slow like a Chuck Roll.
