Beef Cheeks

Does anyone have any good methods / recipes

Thinking smoke 3 hours, braise in a foil pan 3 hours with beef broth, onions and garlic.

Pull and use for tacos

Rub will be something hot and spicy

Curious to see the responses here. I did some a few weeks ago but in an instant pot. Very rich and the flavor was fantastic. Have another package of cheeks in the freezer I’d like to get some smoke on

In case you’re interested. I just subbed cheeks for the pork.
