Beef Back Ribs

I picked up some beef back ribs at Costco the other day. Wow, prices have adjusted down to a pretty reasonable level again. This was a 4.8 pound pack for $20 and change.

My wife is out of town, so my son and I had these for an early dinner today. I used a supremely lazy rub of Montreal Steak seasoning mixed with a couple teaspoons of sugar. Cooked at about 275F on the WSM with a little bit of hickory for smoke.

Served with a side of nothing, because we don't need vegetables when we are weekend bachelors. Deeeeelicious!

I could eat those all day Karl, that's how I like them. If you want to reduce the blacken, use honey or sugar in the raw instead of white sugar. Enjoy your bachelor weekend

What was total cook time ? Have the same rack sitting in the freezer awaiting their turn on the WSM
