Beef and sugar snap peas stir fry.

Decided to try a Pioneer Woman recipe for Beef and snow peas. I think the sugar snap variety holds up better to high heat cooking so I used them instead.

I marinated flank steak in soy, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, sherry wine, cornstarch and sesame oil.

First I cooked the peas.

Then I cooked the beef in batches untill nicely browned.

Finally I added the beef, peas, green onions and remaining marinade.

All done! Everything turned out great and the beef had a mild smokey flavor which was nice.

Thanks Jason for sharing, never have done Stir Fry on the Weber. Next up a WOK...everything looks Wexcellent
