Beautiful burger buns

Just wanted to say thanks to all for the inspiration! Made some up from the recipe in the YouTube video yesterday and they came out great. Note for any Bread / dough newbies like me - the dough is sticky - don’t add extra flour If you can help it.

Meatloaf sandwiches yesterday and first try at smash burgers tonight.

I’ve been wanting to make some more but we have a heat wave going right now so we’ve banned the oven. I may have to fire up the propane smoker and bake some in there. Now that I think about that I will do that tomorrow!

Wet fingers are your friend. Keep a bowl of water near when you are shaping. Wet your fingers as needed.
