Not in my book. If you sauce it, then you don't have RS chicken anymore. You have BBQ chicken. Yeah it would prob taste fine, but won't taste like RS chicken should taste. RS chicken has the sauce, rub, marinade all in one. That's the simplicity of it.

I totally agree. Roadside Chicken is stand alone. No need to mess with it.
