Looking to get some input on chicken wings on my WSM. I've done it once and was pretty happy with the results, but I'd like to improve on the cook.
What flavor do you guys go for? Buffalo style with a smokey layer of flavor? Straight up BBQ chicken flavor? Anything else?
I really enjoy chicken wings and BBQ so I want to create the perfect combo to enjoy both!
I just used a little leftover BRITU last time, but then tossed the wings in some Texas Pete's for the buffalo-style flavor.
