Phil Perrin TVWBB Hall of Fame Jul 24, 2010 #2 Michael,just do the same thing with rubs and sauce,just don't cook quite as long. My spares take about 6 hours,but BBs only about 5. I prefer spares,but the missus likes BBs,so I try to keep her happy!
