Barbacoa in Spain

New for our apartment in Spain, a new Weber Master-touch (C5750) in Slate Blue.

The color is beautiful and the quality of the components is quite a step up from my older version back home in the states.

Tomorrow will I'll christen it with chuletas de cordero (lamb chops) and a few types of sausages from the local butcher.

We're near the town of Dénia, which is about half way between Valencia and Alicante. It's referred to as the Marina Alta. The mountains rise up steeply a few miles in from the Mediterranean.
