Balsamic Maple Pork Chops

Decided to try e new recipe today, it looked intriguing. Marinated the boneless chops overnight.


Went with the reverse sear method.


Got some nice marks on them.


All done.


These came out juicy and the marinate was really good. I think next time I am going to marinate them 2 nights just to get a little more of the flavor in them.

I saw another post where someone had the grill baskets like that and stole the idea, it worked well........I'm not that clever.
 
I've got a recipe similar to that and the combination of the balsamic vinegar and the maple syrup is hard to beat. Yours looks perfect, FYI I do marinate for at least 24 hours and up to 48 if the chops are thick.
