I have been using my outdoor equipment.
Did a boneless pork loin for some of our friends from up north bacon and one bone in for Kassler Rippchen which I'll cut into chops.
High winds started and then the rain.
Had to abort and finish in the oven. Decided to pull out a package of Italian sausage grind , a jar of Rao's marinara and a jar of tomato sauce.
some Italian blend cheese on top.
45 mins at 350.

Looks delicious! I usually make my own spaghetti sauce although my wife likes to buy sauce in a jar for the convenience. I usually sample them to see if any of them are actually any good and found Rao's to be extremely overpriced compared to it's taste. I can make a whole pot of really good sauce for the price of one jar of Rao's pretty much, just saying.

Oh I agree. I usually make my own but Sam's club had the two pack on sale and the Wife bought a bunch.
I read some good reviews on Aldi's organic marinara. I need to try some.
