Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Pork Loin

Bacon weave stuffed pork loin. Thick cut apple smoked bacon, 1 lb

Stuffing is sauté spinach (frozen box), diced mushrooms (about 10 golf ball size ones), 7-8 pressed garlic cloves, whole white onion ran threw food processor, some fresh thyme, and Cavenders Greek seasoning. Sauted till moisture gone then allowed to chill in pan.

Mozzarella cheese about 1/2 pound.

Spinning on the Wolf gasser which @LMichaels can surely appreciate.

I think it’s gonna be good!

You can see how bad my grates are that I need to replace. Bad choose of me using A36 rods; next ones will be 304SS.

Where did you get the SS rod grates for the grill. BTW Great looking dinner and shows what those big Wolf grills can do
I need to buy the 304SS from local metal supplier. Project for this summer to build new ones. Those are A36 carbon steel that have rusted out.

Dinner was awesome! On the repeat list. Best jelly roll I’ve done!
