Bacon wrapped jalapeño tater tots??

Picked up a bunch of bacon and jalapeño's to make some poppers for the 49ers game, I had some insane bacon wrapped jalapeño tater tots at a bar around these parts but didn’t have much luck when I tried to replicate them years ago. I’d like to do some on Sunday, any good recipes? I’m thinking on the SmokeFire with the poppers?

I’m thinking these crowns with a slice and wrapped should be pretty good.

I’ve had tots Mexican style with jalapeños, cheese, chicken, pico and crema. You could do the same with the tots, chopped bacon, diced jalapeños and cheese on top. And with our without crema.

And a quick deep fry on those tots makes them super crunchy. I use them for breakfast burritos.

They’re low calorie with a Coors Light in hand Mexican style tots are pretty good. And you never run out of chips.

I’ve been making them for a long time, simple, half a piece of bacon pulled a little and wrap the slice of jalapeño and tot, works every time!
