A friend took my son and I bass fishing on Sunday. We cleaned 10 bass (to fry in the wok on the grill) for another post. So while we are fishing he tells me that the bacon wrapped backstrap (deer meat/venison) marinated in Hoover sauce is the absolute best thing he's ever tasted.
To our suprise we still had one in the botton of the freezer that really needed to be grilled. It was starting to freezer burn. Here goes...marinated in Hoover sauce at room tempurature for about an hour. Bacon added and onto the weber grill.
