Monster Brats from Ray's Butcher Shoppe in Greenfield, Wisconsin... some of the BEST around!
Thanks for stoppin' by! Have a GREAT weekend!

I would never have a problem sitting down to that plate, very nice! Love the idea of the cabbage, onions, and bacon...mmm.

Jim, do you plan these fantastic meals during quiet times at work? Or do you just come home, stick your head in the 'fridge and the piece of meat that slaps you first is the one that gets cooked? Whichever, you have it down to an art, thanks for sharing!

Six brats, 2 for you, 2 for Liz, 1 for Maddie, and 1 for Niner?

Super looking sausages Jim!
I'd like mine topped with the cabbage/onion mix, please!

w0w! thanks guys:ofor your very kind words, very much appreciated!
John, the cabbage was a side for me, liz however, did top her brat with it.
Brian, i do plan dinner in advance, getting LOTS of ideas from you and everyone else in this forum.
Cookin' brats really takes no planning, just take'm outta the freezer the night before then throw something else with them.
Thanks again:)
