Bacon Mushroom Swiss Burger

Tried to post this earlier today, but IE had some kind of a cramp and lost the whole thing. Anyway, did a couple of Bacon Mushroom Swiss Burgers last night. Sided them up with some left over planked mashed potatoes.

Some of the burger toppings. Bacon, sliced mushrooms and sliced onions.



80/20 loosely packed.



Peppered bacon.



Onions sautéed and then added the mushrooms for another few minutes.





More toppings.



Burgers on the JJ.

A little cheese.



Nice seeded buns quick toast.

Oooh boy yummy! I wish I could do 80/20!! Yum. Mushrooms more yum. Burgers are just something that taste so so so good over coals. I need to do more. Your setup for it looks really good. Nice fire too.
