Social engagements kept me from doing the pork butt I had wanted to, but I managed to grill, at least. Hard to see the actual burger under the toppings, but I did some bacon bleu burgers tonight. Seasoned some 80/20 ground chuck with woosty and some fresh chives. Topped with bacon, bleu cheese crumbles and a tad of bleu cheese dressing (overcooked the burger a bit and wanted a little extra moisture). Also did some oven baked Yukon Gold "potato chips" and a tomato/avocado salad. I've done these chips a few times now and love 'em. Time to get a mandolin...
