Baby Backs

I smoked a couple racks of Baby Backs on the kettle using the 2-2-1 method Sunday. The temperature climbed up to 300* most of the cook even with the bottom vent all the way closed, so I pulled them 30 minutes early. I worried they may dry out but they still turned out great!

No piks coming out of the foil, back on and Weber BBQ Sauce Original added about 15 minutes before I pulled them off.

Left Overs!

You are killing me: honey, brown sugar and butter? Are you related to Paula Dean, Levi? Great lookin' ribs though!

Awesome BB's! My wife prefers BB's over spares so whenever I do spares I have to include a rack of BB's to keep her happy..:)
