Mike nice cook...I see you have a horse in your back yard.....the good kind...that you don't have to feed! How do you like the "shoe day" beer. I find it to be it good.
 
The beer is awesome, and I have no problems with the Weber grill spray, thanks for looking and thanks for he kind words everybody.
 
Mike... how do you like wee willey's sauce and rub????? Saw some in the store today when I picked up some ribs, thought about giving it a try...... Going to put my ribs on in a couple of hours, 18 degrees on the deck right now.... Does not sound like we will be doing any cooking outside sunday or monday..... By the way do you want to get rid of that performer yet?

I love Wee Willys, use the Rub #1 on just about everything, and all the sauces are great, Wee Willys first names is Jim I think and he used to work in the same trade as me, but he retired to the bbq world before I met him, as for the Performer I'll take he highest bidder starting at $275.:cool:
