Fall finally came crashing into Southern Oregon this weekend. Wanted to do ribs yesterday but it was some wet and unwieldy weather! Today turned out pretty nice. Celebrated the big Ducks win prior to lightning the Performer!
Set up with a snake with some Kingsford and peach 
Rubbed some very non-inflation friendly baby backs and let sit for a few hours!
Fired up the coals and got it rolling. Put on the ribs at about 260.
Watched the Niners implode then enjoyed another beverage!
Pulled the ribs. Wrapped for a 30 minute rest in butcher paper.
Had some slaw and a great beer from Fort George! Other than the 49ers it was a pretty good day!
