Baby Backs and Sausage on WSM 14.5

This is my latest smoke. I used Famous Dave's Rib Rub. I tried spritzing with Apple juice for the first time. The wood was Oak. Excellent ribs. Tender and juicy. I will try the Apple juice again. The sides were fresh white corn, slaw, collards, and pinto beans. As usual the 14.5 was set and forget at 275 degrees for several hours.
