A few days ago I found baby back ribs on sale for $2.99/lb and so I bought 10 racks. I got a couple racks out last night to thaw and cooked 'em up today on the WSM. These are about Tonya's favorite thing that I cook and she likes them FOTB so that's how I cooked them. Here we go...
Minion start with apple wood
Ribs on at 250 degrees
This is about 3 hours in. Time to spray with apple juice and sprinkle on some more rub.
Ribs sauced with 50/50 mixture of KC masterpiece Hickory and Brown sugar and apple juice. It had been overcast until now when the sun decided to come out. This is where the good photos end.
Threw on a few ABT's after the ribs came off
Well, the ribs were certainly FOTB. They pretty much fell apart but were very tasty and still not dry. Plated w/ baked potato and some fresh veggies.
Oh no! Forgot the ABT's!
Oops, the ABT's were a little well done but still pretty good!
So a very tasty meal and leftovers tommorrow!
Hope everyone is having a great weekend.
Thanks for looking!
