Baby Back Cook With Minion Method

Hi All,
Well I am going to do up Baby Backs tomorrow and I becoming quite fond of the Minion Method. And problems using it to cook Ribs? I just think its easier to control temp this way.
 
Ok so my ribs are done we ate them they were yummy but....This is the third time I have done them. Does everybody's come out the same where you put the rub they come out crunchy on top or am I cooking to long? I did the pull away from the bone test and the inside was fantastic and they came right off the bone. And I had no complaints. Just wondering.

I can't say if you smoked them too long. However, how about that feeling, after eating ribs out for years, you get when you make them yourself and you sit back and say your ribs were just as good as what you have gotten in restaurants. That is the kick I've gotten out of the WSM
 
The MM is the only method I use, and have used on the WSM.

One of these days I'll light a chimney and toss it in there for a high heat chicken cook just to say I did it once.... Nah!
