Yellow rice & corn.
Picco de gallo, chips and salsa.

It was a 5# can of Busch's pinto beans rinsed and drained.
I can of Rotel tomatoes.
Chicken stock. Diced onion, garlic , jalapeno.
Cumin and chili powder, S&P
Had about 2# of frozen chorizo, pork and turkey I made into a taco filling previously.
Used that and put it all in a crock pot .

Oh and added a beer.

It's rare that we have so many of us on the same boards...I never had 3 Tims in any classroom or any team at the same time.

I really think we're deserving of something for that, lol.
