Dear Board,

Nothing special just 10 chicken thighs done on the OTG. Dinner tonight, a dinner during the week, and 2 chicken thighs left to take for lunch during the week. I love this grill!

Dear Board,

I wanted to crispy up the skin a bit before I pulled them off the grill but Mother Nature decided to drop a thunderstorm on us immediately after I took the pictures. The skin wasn't perfect but they tasted great!

Today is another day. The sun is shining and ribs will be going on about 3:30 this afternoon.
